Co-founder & Lead

Dr. Circi is a data scientist and applied AI expert building data-driven solutions for education, workforce, and social-impact problems. Her work integrates machine learning, natural language processing, and quantitative analysis to design adaptive learning systems, career-pathway tools, and program-evaluation infrastructure. As co-founder of the Inclusive AI Institute, she leads the organization's technology, research, and partnership strategy, and serves as the primary point of contact. She also holds an adjunct faculty appointment at Northwestern University.

Prof. Bulut's research combines AI, educational data mining, and learning analytics. He develops AI-driven systems that leverage natural language processing to dynamically adapt to individual learning preferences. His published work appears in Educational and Psychological Measurement, Review of Educational Research, and Computers & Education: Artificial Intelligence. He teaches computational psychometrics, machine learning, and statistical modeling, and develops workshops and online courses on data mining, big data modeling, visualization, and statistical analysis.

Assoc. Prof. Ay works at the forefront of computational and statistical modeling in genetics. He focuses on understanding genetic and epigenetic foundations of gene regulation in systemic, infectious, and immune-related diseases. He employs systematic and unbiased approaches to hypothesize and test theories within human genetics, and has pioneered computational methods integrating statistics, graph theory, data mining, and machine learning for large-scale genomic datasets. Affiliations include the Center for Autoimmunity and Inflammation, Center for Cancer Immunotherapy, and Center for Sex-based Differences in the Immune System.

Dr. Yaman, Senior Research Expert in the Department of Cyber Cognitive Intelligence, focuses on innovative applications of computer vision and artificial intelligence across multiple domains. His work spans data-efficient AI, physics-informed AI, generative AI, and reinforcement learning applied to automation, robotics, and medical technologies. From 2015 to 2018 he was Assistant Professor at Yeditepe University, teaching medical robotics, biomechanics, biomedical sensors, MRI, and dynamic systems modeling. He brings five years of private-sector R&D and software development experience.
